I do go to a LOT of trouble trying preserve the sound quality of these mixes so the FLAC will sound good if you've got a fairly decent home hi-fi or monitors. FLAC or 'free lossless audio codec' is a lossless audio format. Its basically WAV compressed to save file size. You can convert FLAC easily enough to WAV's using a tool like Foobar 2000.There are loads of tools out there to convert FLAC. Just google them to find a solution.

Check out media monkey (way better media player than itunes and it will sync with an ipod or any other portable media player. It's my 1st choice), winamp, foobar 2000 if you want a media player to play this FLAC or any other. There are loads of other but this is just to name a few.
